hi service bank is great but on of there stuff they stole money me from my father I been trying to get hole of the branch manager she sold 1200 on legal game she made and 2200 from my father police had it on tv the game is legal i not going to put him or her name tell manager will help of i put there name thanks

My wife and I visited the Richmond Branch this afternoon. We were attended to by 2 very pleasant customer service staff who very efficiently helped us with our cheque deposits and the issue of replacement Member Cards. They very patiently walked us through the steps to set up online banking and use of the cards at the ATM. We want to express our thanks to Ms Linda and Ms Emma.We also found the banking hall to be neat and pleasant. Reserved parking in front of the branch is also convenient.

I honestly hate going into this bank as each and every time seems like a horrible experience dealing with the ladies here. More recently I had a very rude bank teller with long dark hair and glasses. This woman should not be in the industry of serving customers. Before I had a run-in with her I could see how she was treating and speaking with the customers ahead of me and it was bad. She has no business working at this bank or any other bank. Another experience like this and I will be moving my banking over to TD or Scotia.
